FunPunts will monitor gaming activity to try to spot problem gaming. However problem gambling is difficult to identify and we are not trained professionals in the treatment of problem gambling.
We cannot take responsibility for spotting all cases of problem gambling and our monitoring is provided as an additional service for our customers.
If we suspect that you may have a problem we reserve the right to contact you and at our sole discretion, to suspend your account and deny access to our products if we believe you are in need of help because of a gambling problem.
In the event you are contacted on this issue, we ask that you co-operate with our Customer Support Team as we have your best interests at heart.

Staff Training:

Every member of staff who we consider to be ‘frontline’ is given training in Social Responsibility and Responsible Gambling awareness.

Rules:

All FunPunts transactions are covered by our Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules.
We strive to make our rules clear and transparent and we take care in enforcing them as effectively and equitably as possible.
By law, customers must be 18 years of age or over.
It is an offence to falsify your age to bet with FunPunts and your account will be suspended with immediate effect if we discover inaccuracies in the personal information you supply to us.
Username and security confidentiality are the customer's responsibility.
Bets, once placed and accepted cannot be changed.

Deposit Limits:

Within the site there is the facility for each customer to place a limit on both the amount that they deposit within a specified period. Again any concerns regarding this facility may be discussed with our dedicated Customer Services Team.

Prevention of under-aged gambling:

FunPunts takes its responsibilities against under age gambling extremely seriously.
By law it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to gamble and it is in strict contravention of our Terms and Conditions for anyone under the age of 18 to register on our site.
We have age and ID verification systems in place, which will aid us in preventing any such registration.
No winnings will be paid to any person who is found to have abused this and/or supplied false registration information and we reserve the right to report any such person to the police.
FunPunts requires customers to declare they are of lawful age to engage in gambling activities.
We pursue reasonable measures to verify this including electronic age verification and random age checks.
We do not target minors with our advertising.

Help us to prevent minors from gambling:

It is unlawful to allow minors to gamble and we ask our customers to do their part in ensuring that this does not happen. We ask all our customers (and in fact it is your responsibility) to ensure that your account is not used for under-aged gambling. Some suggestions on how to make sure this does not happen are provided below:

  • Do not leave your computer unattended when you are logged on to our website.
  • Ensure you log out when you leave our website.
  • Do not share your credit/debit card or bank account details.
  • Keep your personal login details, username and password confidential.
  • Do not leave the "Save Password" option enabled.
  • Use child protection software.
  • Create separate computer profiles for your children.

Self-exclusion:

For a few customers gambling might become a serious problem.
We offer a self-exclusion option that can be easily implemented by a customer's request. If you would like to self-exclude yourself from accessing our products, please contact us using the customer services contact us form here.
Any customer may exclude their account from betting activity for a minimum period of six months upon request.
If this option is undertaken, it is understood that the account may not be used under any circumstances and that the customer will not be allowed to revoke the agreement until the expiry of the stated self-exclusion period.
FunPunts will remove the customer’s name from our mailing and marketing lists and will do everything it can to prevent a new account from an excluded customer being re-registered during the period of self-exclusion.
In order to exclude yourself you will need to inform FunPunts in writing of your intentions which we will share with our operational service providers (and visa-versa).
To verify this has been implemented or to discuss these matters further please contact our dedicated Customer Services Team .
Should you also wish to self-exclude from any other website powered by FunPunts or our appointed service providers you will need to contact that company separately.
Due to Data Protection regulations and client confidentiality, FunPunts will not be able to close these third-party accounts for you.
For the same reasons, FunPunts will also be unable to prevent its excluded customers opening new accounts on any other website.

You will need to specify the period of time you wish to be self-excluded for, ranging from a minimum of six months to five years.

The process and implications of self-exclusion are listed below:

  1. When your request is received our Customer Services agent will reply and ask you to confirm your request. This is done to ensure that the request was not submitted through someone who gained unauthorised access to your account.
  2. Once the self-exclude period begins you will not be able to access your account. Any funds in your account will be withdrawn and returned to you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
  3. If we are aware that you have any other accounts open with any of our other online brands or partnerships these accounts will also be self-excluded for the same period.
  4. During the self-exclusion period we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that you are removed from our marketing materials. This does not mean that we are able to ensure that you will not be exposed to untargeted and general advertising campaigns.
  5. At the end of the self-exclusion period you may contact us and request that you are granted access to our gaming products. You must request this reinstatement as yourself (in person, telephone, Skype, IM are acceptable). Email contact is not acceptable.

Kindly note that only upon clear and concise 'self-exclusion' request will your account be suspended as per the agreed time.
Otherwise, all accounts are in status 'closed' and can be reopened any time upon customer's request.
