Q. Is it safe to deposit money here?
A. Yes, of course! We partner with PayPoint, the UK’s leading payments provider, to accept secure online payments.
Q. How can I deposit money?
A. Currently, we accept all major debit and credit cards e.g. Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard and Electron.
Q. How can I get my hands on my winnings?
A. You can choose to withdraw your winnings at any time and we’ll aim to get you your money as soon as possible! If you’ve deposited using a Visa card of any kind, we’ll send your winnings right back to your card! Otherwise, we can send it to you via a direct bank transfer or even a cheque, depending on your preference! Full details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Q. I’ve forgotten my password, can I get a new one?
A. You can request a new password via the Forgot Password link - just enter your registered e-mail address and your date of birth and we’ll e-mail you a new one! Once logged back in to the site, you can then change it to something more memorable via the My Account and then Edit Password options!
Q. I want to see details of all of my bets placed with you, where can I find these?
A. In the My Account section you’ll find a Bets History link where you can view all of your bets placed to date.
Q. I want to close my account with you, how do I do this?
A. If you’re logged-in, just send us a message via the Contact Us page - alternatively, send us an e-mail from your registered e-mail address and we’ll take care of this for you.
Q. Can I see in which minutes all of the goals were scored in any given Matchday?
A. Yes, you can find a link to our Results page here where we’ll list the matches and when the all-important goals were scored.
