By registering with FunPunts you declare your full understanding and acceptance of the following general rules:
Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled unless a pricing or compilation error has occurred deemed to be the fault of FunPunts.
The placing of a bet with FunPunts signifies your acceptance and understanding of our rules. We reserve the right to refuse the whole or any part of any bet.
All bets are deemed for the day stated and will be ID sourced in the FunPunts system database by the precise transaction date/time the bet was placed.
We do not accept responsibility for errors once a bet has been placed and a transaction cannot be changed, reversed or withdrawn if a customer changes their mind on the compilation or for any other reason where FunPunts is not at fault.
Any bet not substantiated by our recording equipment or not written into our database will not be recognised by us.
All bets accepted will be settled on the official result provider by an accredited source, unless otherwise stated.
We cannot guarantee to pay or correct errors if they are brought to our attention more than six (6) months after the official result of the last selection to run on the bet.
Postal and emailed bets are not accepted.
FunPunts cannot accept responsibility in any way for website delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
Customers are not permitted to form syndicates or collude with other customers to attempt to spread their chances of ensuring a win.
Where evidence of syndication or collusion is proved, any winnings paid out to the offending customers will be forfeited along with the original stake.
FunPunts reserves the right to amend play formats where appropriate to prevent customer abuse and/or manipulation.
FunPunts do not accept any responsibility for typing, human or palpable errors, which lead to obvious price errors. In such cases all bets will be deemed void.
FunPunts will always attempt to contact the customer where possible to advise of any voided bet(s).
FunPunts do not permit individual customers to create "duplicate accounts" (eg. more than one account in any one currency).
Any customers found to have created duplicate accounts will have their accounts suspended.
FunPunts does not permit the use of robotic, mechanical or electronic, or other devices to automatically make decisions in any game as a guest or customer.
Matchday markets will not be voided if we have advertised the incorrect starting time and the match was actually played at the correct time.
In the event that the venue is changed for a match, then bets previously accepted will stand providing the home team is still designated as the home team.
FunPunts reserves the right to void a bet if the home and away team for a listed match are reversed for whatever reason.
It is a condition of our acceptance of bets from you and you offering to place a bet with us, you represent that:
In the event of any such representation by you proving to be false your stake will be forfeited and we shall not be obliged to pay any winnings which might otherwise have been payable in respect of the bet.
Maximum winnings limits are specified in the Terms and Conditions.
Where a bet (or specific components within a bet) may become void, the corresponding stake paid will be duly refunded to the customer wallet within 1 hour of the end of the last game/event on the stated matchday.
Where a game or event is abandoned for whatever reason before the end of the normal duration and play does not resume to complete the game on the stated matchday, it will be deemed void and the relevant stakes refunded irrespective of when or whether any goals have been scored prior to the abandonment time.
To use the example of a football match, a game is considered abandoned if the referee terminates play prematurely before the full 90 minutes have elapsed and the game is rescheduled for another date.
Where a game is abandoned in stoppage-time added to a game after the full ninety minutes has been played or in extra-time, the bet will stand as valid and all winning entries paid accordingly.
A ‘matchday’ is defined as a stated day/date within which a cashpot value accumulates from the collective contribution of bets made upon specific events in a featured activity.
The matchday concludes after the last event in the featured activity has ended, whereupon winning bets receive an equal share of the total cashpot value in accordance with the stake value applied in the bet when placed.
Should there be no winners on a stated matchday, the cashpot value rolls-over to the very next matchday and is absorbed into that matchday cashpot to swell the value.
Matchday fixtures that are based on the full-time result of a sports match apply solely to the result at the end of the scheduled duration of normal play for the specific activity.
This does not include stoppage-time added at the end of normal play, extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shoot-out or golden goal, unless specifically mentioned in the additional details for a specific betting market.
If any match is played earlier than the scheduled kick-off time then bets placed prior to the actual kick-off time will stand.
Bets placed after the revised kick-off time will be void.
All bets on a match abandoned after kick-off but before the completion of normal play duration for whatever reason will be valid and all goals scored will count, unless the game is scheduled to be played again from scratch on the same matchday, in which case the abandoned game and the goals scored in it will be expunged entirely and the rearranged game will take precedent for the bet placed.
Where a bet solely involves a team or teams in a game or games that do not take place as scheduled on a stated matchday and which are not played on the same date (local time), the bet will become void and the stake paid duly returned.
Where a bet involves a team or teams in a game or games that do not take place as scheduled on a stated matchday and which are not played on the same date (local time) but form part of a bet alongside teams involved in a game or games still scheduled to be played, the bet will stand with the stakes returned just for the teams affected in the postponed games.
The fixture-list chosen for a stated GOALspree matchday will contain a minimum of one game (ie. 2 teams) and a maximum of twelve different games (ie. 24 teams).
This will generally be the senior quality matches for the stated matchday but could combine games from different leagues or competitions.
In each case, the league/competition and the matchday date will be verified on-screen for customer reference purposes only.
The minimum stake accepted for a FunPunts bet is £1 (GBP sterling) with the maximum being £10 (GBP sterling).
FunPunts offers a voluntary option to choose the stake amount from £1 (GBP sterling) up to a maximum of £10 (GBP sterling) with the system duly applying the stake value selected to all money elements within the specific bet being constructed through to completion.
Winning bets will be paid out according to the stake value placed.
For example, if a customer elects to apply a stake value of £5 to a particular bet, their winning selections will receive an equal share of the total cashpot value multiplied by five.
The ‘cashpot’ is defined as the total amount available to be won for a given activity on a stated matchday. It is comprised from the combined accumulation of all bets placed on the stated matchday only (less the respective operator commission of 20%).
Matchday cashpots are specific to the matchday date specified.
Cashpots are not transferable to different matchdays other than in the circumstances of a ‘rollover’ (as explained below).
The cashpot on the stated matchday will continue to increase in value as bets are placed across the estate for GOALspree.
Winning bets receive an equal share (as proportionate to the stake value paid) of the total cashpot after the last game or event has ended on the stated matchday and the results have been officially validated by the accredited data source (Opta).
By virtue of the fact that prior to the completion of the games featured in any stated matchday we cannot possibly know how many or when any goals will be scored, we can only display a guide estimate of the likely payout for a win solely as an average value based on past performance (on a £1 stake). The payout amount for a win on each matchday is calculated automatically (soon as all the results are officially confirmed via Opta) by simply dividing the total cashpot value (as accrued from all bets placed less operator commission) by the number of winning bets. As such, the actual payout amount on a given matchday is an imponderable that will vary according to the outcome of the specified games and is purely dependant on when and how many goals are scored and the number of punters with the correct minute times in their bets. It is therefore impossible to calculate the winnings before the games have been concluded and we can only speculate on the payout amount. As a general rule of thumb, the more goals scored in total across the games featured in a stated matchday will likely deliver more winners at a correspondingly lower payout value. Conversely, fewer goals scored will likely deliver fewer winners but at a correspondingly higher payout value. The ultimate in the FunPunts concept is that the possibility exists for a single punter to be the only person with a winning goal minute time, whereupon they will effectively scoop the whole cashpot. In any event, the structure of the play means that the outcome cannot be rigged, manipulated or compromised by the operator and therefore FunPunts offers a fair and realistic chance for every customer to win, with the utmost integrity in the betting and payout process.
In the unlikely event there are no winners recorded on a stated matchday, the unclaimed cashpot rolls-over to the very next matchday.
FunPunts offers players the chance to win an additional £1000.00 cash bonus when playing GOALspree.
£1000.00 will be paid in the event a bet is placed in our GOALspree game on any available matchday, for any stake amount, when all three (3) goal minute picks for a team made by you, match exactly those scored by that same team during the game in question in that same matchday.
Example: You place a £5.00 bet on a Premier League matchday on the game between Arsenal and Liverpool. You bet on Liverpool to score in the 12th, 25th and 72nd minute with Liverpool then scoring 3 goals in those specified minutes in the actual game.
Any customer placing a GOALspree bet that matches these exact conditions will receive their equal share of the Cashpot for that matchday along with an additional cash prize of £1000.00.
When a player wins the BONUS CASHPOT, a withdrawal request can be made immediately on notification of the results being verified and the winning account being credited. Winning players will be notified via e-mail to their registered address. ‘BONUS CASHPOT’ winnings can be sent via cheque or bank transfer only. FunPunts reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the ‘BONUS CASHPOT’ promotion at any time.
To place a bet a customer must first have sufficient funds in their account to cover the total stake cost.
The object of this game is to choose any team or teams from the featured fixture-list on a stated matchday that you consider might score goals.
This can be just one team only or any combination of the teams listed up to all of them.
The stake cost is a minimum £1 for each team entered into the bet (customers have the option to increase the value of the stake in increment multiples of £1 up to £10 and this will then be the stake amount applied per team entered into the bet with winnings then paid out accordingly in corresponding multiples of equal shares of the matchday cashpot as divided among all the winners).
You must then select three (3) goal minute times from within the ninety (90) minutes of normal play (ie. two halves of 45 minutes each).
If any of the teams you picked score in any of the three minutes you selected for your bet, you win a proportionate share of the matchday cashpot (in accordance with the stake value applied).
As a rule of thumb, the more goals scored on the stated matchday, the more winners there will likely be with each sharing correspondingly smaller proportionate payouts from the cashpot.
Conversely, fewer goals scored on the stated matchday will likely yield fewer winners with each sharing correspondingly larger proportionate payouts.
All GOALspree bets apply solely to any goals (including own-goals) scored within the 90 minutes of normal time.
Goals scored in stoppage-time added at the end of each half, extra-time, penalty shoot-outs and golden-goal decider DO NOT COUNT towards the result and will not pay out any winnings.
If different team picks in your bet happen to score on the same minute time, this will win a payout for each team as entered.
In the unlikely event the same team scores two (or more!) goals in quick succession and said goals are officially given the same minute time, this will win a payout on each goal as scored.
FunPunts will use official match results from an accredited source (Opta).
Following official verification of the minute times for all goals scored by the teams featured in a fixture-list on the stated matchday, the relevant winnings will be credited to a customer's online account within one hour of the end of the last game played on that particular day.
The stakes paid on all voided bets will be refunded at the same time.
Dates and kick-off times shown on the internet or in advertisements are for guidance purposes only.
